I am a Vice President of a medium size service company ... father to four children ... married 28 years

I am a father, husband, son, brother, and most importantly a human being trying to do my very best every day. I am a biologist, a gardener, and a viticulturist. I am opinionated, honest, sensitive person with a tough exterior -- it serves as a protective armor. I am educated but have a balance between intelligence and common sense not often found. I am very blessed. My wife is my life partner. My four children are the apple of my eye. I have a great job and have many assets both personal and material. I am multi-faceted -- good in many things -- great at none. I have a creative side that pushes me to write, photograph, paint, and build. Being a scientist by education, I cannot get enough of the world and what Mother Nature provides us. I want to share what I know but more importantly, learn more. We must never stop learning. I find the need for both solitude and groups. I find joy in my wife, my family, my friends, and nature. I am growing older so I value wisdom over energy.
